1. Do Your Prices Include VAT?

Yes, all our price are inclusive of VAT.


1. How can I contact you?

3. What is the fastest way to process a order? Can I order by phone?

The best way to contact us is via email, due to the fact we work via email with our suppliers. We will give quotes over the phone but quotes need to be confirmed before order will be placed.

 

4. Can I pay before stock has been confirmed?

No, this leads to many problems if orders have to be changed or prices are different, wait till you receive email stating you can now pay.


5. Can I collect order instead of having it couriered?

Yes, our office are at 273 Pendoring Road, Northcliff, Johannesburg. 

6. Do you accept cheques or credit cards?

Yes we do accept credit cards via the Paypal service.


7. What are your operating times?

We are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Sunday for collections, and will respond to emails 7 days a week.


8. Do you keep stock?

No we do not keep stock of any items but have very good relationships with our suppliers so stock availability is rarely an issue.


9. I cannot reach you by phone?

We apologise for this but we have only one phone line.  If your enquiry is very urgent feel free to email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.


10. How long does it take for my order to be confirmed?

This depends on how busy we are and if order needs to be changed or amended but usually within hour of being received.


11. Can I check stock over the phone?

Yes you can but will take a few minutes because we have to contact suppliers, for non urgent enquiries we recommend emailing us, we will respond within half a hour for most stock enquiries.


12. What courier's do you use?

We use "The Courier Guy" for hardware and software. Games are delivered via Postal Speed Services or Parcel Service.


13. I would like to change my order? (Add or Remove Products) How do I do this?

You can call us and we will do it while you are on the phone or email us and we will do it for you.

Any orders exceeding R3000 and up to 5KG will be shipped free of charge anywhere in Gauteng or any other main Centre.
