6. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

All goods come with a 1 year manufacturer's carry-in warranty.
The customer shall return any defective goods to our premises at the customer's own cost and packaged in the original packaging.

Rampage Gaming guarantees the Items with its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means that:

• If you are not entirely satisfied with the Items you purchased and;
• You let Rampage Gaming know within 48 hours of delivery to you that you are not entirely satisfied with the Items and;
• You return those Items to Rampage Gaming and;
• The Items you return are in substantially the same condition as when Rampage Gaming delivered them to you (Including Packaging Material) then;
• Rampage Gaming will, in Rampage Gaming’s discretion, either refund you the Purchase Price you paid for those Items or give you Rampage Gaming Products equivalent in value to those Items.

We also accept PayPal as a payment method.  Please be aware that we do charge a 5% charge for this service.  This is what PayPal and FNB charge for this service.  We feel that it is better to be honest about this charge than to push our margins up secretly.

We understand that this method a bit roundabout but it works this way to avoid security issues that would arise from implementing PayPal directly into the website.

9. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We will deliver all stock within 48 hours of order being placed, please note this is subject to stock availablilty and receipt of payment. Should our supplier be out of stock of any products that have been ordered, a Rampage Gaming representative will contact the customer as soon as possible.

The successfull delivery is wholly dependant on customer choosing correct delivery option, if this is not done Rampage Gaming reserves the right to charge for any extra courier costs incurred. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We do offer insurance, to insure package please state this in the notes on the last checkout page. Here follows the shipping options we offer:

• The Courier Guy is for delivery anywhere in Gauteng province.

  Any orders exceeding R3000 and up to 5KG will be shipped free of charge anywhere in Gauteng or any other main Centre.

• The Courier Guy is for delivery in Main Centres outside Gauteng (list of main centres below).

• The Courier Guy is for Regional Centres, delivery outside of 40km radius of midtown of the mentioned main centres.

• Post Office Speed Service is for game delivery anywhere in the country.  Stock gets shipped to either PO Box or nearest Post Office branch and takes a day.

• If you are unsure if you are in a regional centre feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

For any order cancellation a 10% service charge will be levied if cancelled without a valid reason.
